The Public Relations and Media Department at the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) announced that trading in real estate since the beginning of this year until the end of the third quarter on 30th September 2015 amounted to BD 923,696,504 (Bahrain Dinars nine hundred and twenty three million, six hundred ninety six thousand, five hundred and four), which represents a fall of about - 8% down from last year. The volume of real estate trading in the third quarter amounted to BD 236,410,454 (Bahrain Dinars two hundred thirty six million, four hundred ten thousand, four hundred and fifty four). Based on these figures, the volume or real estate trading is expected to exceed one billion dinars at the end of this year.

These figures are quite encouraging, especially when they reach a high level such as in last year and continue through to the beginning of this year.
