Terms of Service:
- Approval from the Urban Renewal Committee for properties located in Muharraq, Qalali, Budaiya, Al-Jasarah, Khalifa Town, or Zallaq
- Approval from the Office of Director General at the Land Registration Directorate for properties located in Qudaibiya or Al-Hoora
- Approval from the Royal Court for properties located in Riffa
- Must not Submitting the notarized contract one year after its notarization date.
